Do you think I should get Netflix? Think of how much tv on DVD I could watch, for much cheaper than going to Blockbuster or, of course, purchasing $40 DVD sets. Of course, on the one hand, it might mean my wasting more time in front of the tv. On the other hand, I already like to watch stuff while I eat, and I gots to eat, right?

If you go for the 1 DVD at-a-time plan, it's a decent deal, if you already do a lot of renting. And yes, it would be good for TV shows. So I say stop buying TV show seasons (except for House, of course) and sign up.
I would have to agree with Craig, although I don't know the differences between that and the new Blockbuster thing, so I would check that out first to see if it's a better deal.
I'm a Netflix user, and I really like it. Of course, I also tend to make illegal copies of tv shows on dvd so that I can mail them back, get my money's worth, and watch my tv show at any time I please. I find it very accomadating. But yeah, check out the Blockbuster thing, I'm not sure what that's all about.
It does sound like a sensible idea to check out the Blockbuster thing, but Blockbuster is one of the things I have a semi-irrational hatred for. So we'll see.
Also, I wish I had either the proper software or the technical know-how to make illegal copies of stuff. I'm so jealous.
