Google News, in the Health section, informed me that:
Too much sugar-free gum linked to bowel problems
But I already knew that. Once this clinic patient complained about getting diarrhea after quitting smoking, and House told him that it was because of all the gum he had been chewing to replace cigarettes.
Way to be slower on the uptake than a fictional Vicodin-addicted doctor, German scientists.

Hahahaha! I love House! =)
Don't you love it when the scientific community waste money on studies that end up stating the obvious. Don't researchers have better things to spend their time and money on. But yah for another incident of House being medically accurate. I do love that about it.
Agreed - House is quite often medically accurate... This: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TNSSCAcyd7c on the other hand...is decidedly NOT medically accurate. But funny. I saw it and thought of you.
